TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Four (4) different winners per week located within Australia will be selected at random by The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord each week from 12th February 2024 to 7th April 2024.

• Winners will be announced on stories each week and contacted via Instagram Direct Message to redeem their prize. They will have 28 days to confirm and accept the prize, or a new winner will be redrawn.​

• Entrants can only win once throughout the Giveaway promotion.

• The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord competitions with entry via Instagram are open only to Australian residents only. Four (4) winners per week will be chosen at random from all entrants.

• No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The voucher must be spent in one full transaction.
  

• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
  

• Employees of The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord and participating venues are not eligible to enter.
  

• Instagram is not in any way affiliated with or involved in the competition.
  

• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by following @sutherland_shire_liquor_accord, liking the giveaway post, and tagging at least three (3) other Instagram users in the comments of the specified post.

• The vouchers will be awarded to randomly selected winners who have entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. 

• The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

  
  

• The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

  
  

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a voucher becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

  
  

• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord if requested and will be shared to the relevant venue to enable fulfilment of the voucher.​

  
  

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord’s reasonable control, The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  

• The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  

• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Sutherland Shire Liquor Accord after the winner has been selected.
